Over recent years the recruitment industry has been challenging due to the COVID 19 Pandemic, however CGA Personnel has remained strong due to its personal and professional service, which has been kept to the forefront.  Being an independent agency CGA Personnel has been able to diversify and work with Clients in a wide range of market sectors.


Sarah Harrison

Sarah Harrison Managing Director joined CGA Personnel back in 1990 as a temp and since then has worked her way up through the company from Branch Administrator to eventually acquiring the company back in April 2002.

Sarah is well respected in the Southwest by candidates and clients alike.  Over the years Sarah has gained a sound understanding of the employment market throughout the local area in relation to candidate awareness and salary expectations.

Sarah’s approach to work is definitely hands on and she prides herself in maintaining high standards within the recruitment profession.

Della Hughes

With the help of Della Hughes (nee Pharoah) who originally joined CGA Personnel in 1995 and returned to the fold once again in 2017.

Della works as a Recruitment Consultant managing high volume recruitment within the manufacturing sector and is our Marketing Administrator. Della is responsible for all social media advertising and associated administration.  Della is invariably your first point of contact with CGA Personnel.  She works Part Time Office based Monday & Tuesday and on an ad hoc basis remotely giving full support to Sarah Harrison.
